First off, I would like to just give a big warm welcome to everyone here! Thank you for taking the time to check out my little page and follow us as we grow!
To give a little insight to the human behind this page, my name is Jamie Dobert and I am a proud wife, mama, daughter and friend! In fact, I met my handsome hubby back in our good ole undergrad days (UCSD & SDSU) and we have chosen to build a beautiful life together near our home towns in East Bay, California. We have two of the sweetest and sassiest daughters I affectionately refer to as my Sour Patch Kids and who remind me all too well of myself (including their blue eyes and spiral curls!). To round out our family we have a 110 lb Bernese Mountain Dog ball of love named Guinness. He is our first born and everyone's favorite in the family.
We are a big believer in family time and you will see we are together more than we are not throughout these posts. We love holiday eves, happy hours (which include nap time 😉), living room dance parties and anything where giggling and laughter are involved.
It is also when we started our family that we truly started to look at the products we brought into our home. After we had Audrey, I found myself questioning why it was recommended that we buy separate products for our babes and kids but not for ourselves. It is also when we started experience the common pain points of parenting including sleep deprivation and the joys of teething and toddler germs. In a quest to solve all of these issues, I found myself stumbling upon Young Living, a company that prides themselves and has maintained a reputation of integrity for decades.
After dragging my feet for many months, I finally thought "oh what the heck?" and decided to give them a shot! I figured that I would pay the price of the Premium Starter Kit tenfold if it meant my sweet babes would get the sleep they (and we) so desperately needed or if it saved them from the pain of teething or even one round of the flu. And boy was I right!! Ever since the day we opened our kit, we have never looked back. We now only wonder how we ever lived without these glorious tools in our tool chest. From calming down tantrums to glowy skin, these oils have supported our home in so many ways I never knew was possible.
